Description
This is my submission for the Brett!Holmes Fans contest, with the theme of "scenes Granada didn't do." A Study in Scarlet was allowed, so here's A Study in Scarlet! From left to right: Gregson, Lestrade, Watson, and Holmes - all at Lauriston Gardens.
Gregson does not exactly make me happy, but the rest do! This has to be one of my best drawings ever - I was really excited once I'd finished. All four were drawn with refs, but Burke!Watson and Brett!Holmes are the only two you'd be able to recognize as being from the pictures I referenced. *sighs* Still, I'm very happy with Lestrade.
Someday, when my scanner is up and running, I hope to post up all the facial studies I sketched as practice before tackling this picture.
